Information
Distributor’s will gain foot traffic by allowing guests to get their free ticket(s) at your place of business, getting promotion on the artist's social media (Facebook and Instagram), and very importantly, you are also offering the local artist support.
Exhibit dates:
Friday, 11 July 2025 – (tentatively) Sunday, 31 August 2025
Location: 79936 zip code (east side).
Guests must RSVP in order to receive the full information (specific location, times, etc.)
Acknowledgment & Agreement
1. Roles & Responsibilities
· The Business agrees to adhere to the ticketing guidelines provided by the Artist.
· The Business shall not engage in reselling tickets above the designated price or in any unauthorized manner.
2. No Liability & Indemnification
· The Artist shall not be held liable for any financial losses, disputes, or liabilities arising from the Business’s ticket handling.
· The Business agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Artist, her employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Business’s actions, including but not limited to fraudulent sales, unauthorized promotions, or breach of contract.
3. Ticket Handling & Refund Policy
· The Business is responsible for ensuring that all tickets are accounted for and distributed properly.
· No refunds, exchanges, or modifications shall be made without prior written approval from the Artist.
· The Business may contact Artist at any point to return any undistributed tickets.
4. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
· The Business shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to ticket sales and distribution.
· The Business shall not engage in deceptive marketing practices or misrepresentation of ticket availability.
5. Termination of Agreement
· The Artist reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the Business violates any terms outlined in this Waiver.
· In the event of termination, the Business must cease all ticket sales immediately and return any remaining tickets to the Artist.
